That would be too bad if they tore it down. I have a lot of memories in that place. I saw my first concert there in '84.
Over the years I went to the Cow Palace and saw Ozzy, Iron Maiden, Scorpions, AC/DC, Metallica, and Queensryche among others. I don't think there's a better place for big metal in the 80's.
Bummer if they level it.

That's cool. I saw them in '85 on the Powerslave tour. When did you see them?

i saw them on that one or the next at Spartan Stadium in San Jose. The cow Palace show would have been somewhere around 90, not sure what tour.
